Adding "Empty Folder" Option to Folders Similar to Deleted Items Folder

I have a folder that my spam blocker (InBoxer) puts blocked messages into. I
would like to add an option to the right-click menu of that folder to empty
the folder similar to what you can do for the Deleted Items. I've looked at
groups.google but didn't find what I wanted. Any help would be appreciated.
