Adding Holidays to a Calender

How can I add national holidays to a calender besides typing every one in?

Also, can I autofill weekdays? I.E. I need to put meetings on every Monday
from Sept 05 to June 06

OK. I wanted this to be distributed to other leaders. Can I create more than
