Adding Hyperlink to other pages

I am currently building a webiste using Publisher 2002.
This my first time using Publisher so I am trying to
teaching myself how to use it.

My question is, I keep getting the message that Publisher
only allows you to have 10 web pages and in order to add
additional pages, I would need to link the current web
page to another page in the website. This is what I want
to do, but I don't know how.

I want people to be able to click on a navigation bar and
get a listing of other pages that they can click on. Can
someone please help me?
