Adding lag time in

I have a task which has a duration of 1 day with a lag of 26 how do i put
this into the task???
i am using project 2007 and i am used to using project 2003

Presumably you are talking about lag from a predecessor. So double
click on the task name, select the predecessor tab and set the lag there.

Alternatively lick on the link with the lag and enter the lag there.
