Adding Lines and Numbers to a report

I need to be able to add numbered lines to a report

these would be blank lines that come after the data.

How many, and what numbering scheme?

A subreport in the Report Footer, with the Report imbedded in the Subreport
Control having a Record Source of a table with the numbers you desire is
likely the simplest approach.

Using a UNION or UNION ALL Query as the RecordSource of the Report,
combining information from the data portion, and the empty lines from the
table with the numbers is another approach.

You have to have a table/query to "drive" the report lines.

This is what I am trying to do

say I have a report with 3 lines of data.

I would like to have blank lines vinish the page

easy to do with a spread sheet but not so easy in a report.

I would like to have all of the lines numbered. Larry
