Do you mean a sequence say like 100, 101, 102?
If yes then you can use a SEQ field with reset switch.
Type: SEQ MySeq \r 100
Select the entire expression and press CTRL+F9
Right click the expression and select update field
For all subsequent numbers use { SEQ MySeq }
