Adding sound to a file

Ronnie

I am trying to add sound to a presentation that should play for the length of
my presentation. I had put it on the presentation. For some reason, it
stopped playing. I'm trying to add it back to the presentation, but it does
not play. It appears that everything is applied ok. I have check for it to
"loop" and to play through 120 slides, however, it does not play at all.

Any suggestions as to what I am missing?

I am having the same issue. When you put it on the first slide show, it plays
for that slide. So if you have 38 slides, like I do, it plays the entire 5
minute song for the first slide and then after watching a 5 minute slide you
see 10 seconds of the 37 of them...how do you get it to play the song for the
duration of the show?

For Nick
You probably need to go to custom animation > effect options and change stop
playing to "after 37 slides"

I tried that, then no sound plays at all. :(

Just to clarify. Does the sound stays on the first slide, or the sound can't
even play at all?

For further clarification, what kind of a sound file is it?

I have the same problem, the music plays only on the first slide. I copied
it from a CD to the hard drive (my music).
