Adding Template to Master Templates?

I have downloaded a template from Microsoft. I want to know how to add it to
my master templates.

In PowerPoint 2002/2003:
File > Save As to get Save As dialog box
In the "Save as Type" drop down menu Select Design Template
Type in a File Name
Click Save

Close out of PowerPoint
Reopen PowerPoint.
You design template will now appear in you task pane when you click the
Design button in your formatting toolbar.
