Adding text in Publisher before the actual html e-mail message?

I am trying to send out an e-mail made in Publisher. It's a newsletter, but
in case some people can not view the actual html image, I want to have a link
to a page on our website with the same content.

The only way I have been able to add this text prior to the message is to
send it to myself and then fwd it with the appropriate message about the
link. "if you cannot see the following message, click here."

Does anyone know a way to add this additional message from the Publisher
document? I would greatly appreciate some advice.

Hi Camil-

If I understand you correctly, you should be able to select the word 'here'
then go to Insert>Hyperlink (Ctrl+k). From the Link To: panel select Existing
file or Web page and type the URL (http://www.whatever.com) into the address
field. BTW- There is also an Insert Hyperlink button on the Standard Toolbar
or you could rt+click the selected text and choose Hyperlink from the
shortcut menu to get into the Insert Hyperlink dialog box.

Hi. I'm sorry, I did not explain my question well. I want to add the 'click
here if you can't see the following content' message before the html e-mail
that I designed in Publisher. I do know how to make a hyperlink, but I want
to make it in the Publisher program when I am sending out the original e-mail
message, but not be part of the page I designed.

I want the text and the message to be seperate. Can I do this in Publisher
as I am sending the page for the first time? I want to add a seperate message
before the designed portion. So it's just regular text (like a normal
e-mail), then the 'beautifully designed message' to follow.

I'm sorry that I am having hard time explaining myself. I've looked in all
the topics and troubleshooting tips, but nothing applies to my question.

Thanks.

Try hitting enter a couple of times on the blank html email before you paste the Pub content, this will give you some space above to add your separate message.
