Break in e-mail when I send as message

I have been sending my e-mail newsletter as the message body in publisher
2007 now for several months. Occasionally there will be a large break in the
e-mail after I send myself the test version. Mostly it occurs between two
text boxes and I have been able to fix it by adjusting the spacing between
the two boxes. This month however the break is occuring right after a grapic
I placed near some text. Any idea what my be causing this and how I can fix
it?
