Adding workflows to Browser-enabled forms

Hi,
I am trying to workout whether to just buy Office Forms Server 2007 or the
full Office Sharepoint Server 2007.
What I want to be able to do is publish Infopath forms to our WSS3 intranet
site but be able to add workflow to these browser enabled forms.

From what I'm reading, it sounds like the Forms Server will let you make
browser compatible forms, but only the Sharepoint Server will let you add
workflow to an Infopath form...nowhere can I find anything that'll tell me if
I can add a workflow to a browser enabled form.

Please, can anyone shed any light??
Ta in advance!

It depends on the complexity of your workflow.

I am working with forms all the time and I would say 75% of all workflow can
be done within the form itself. Just completed another browser form where it
is requested and then goes to approval from management and then compliance
department and can be rejected and resubmitted, and everyone receives email
routing and the workflow is all done within the form.

So unless you have a really complex need then I would not think SharePoint
workflows would be required.
