additional e-mail accounts - please help

We are using Outlook 2003 with the internet mail options -
no Exchange server. I have a need to retrieve e-mail from
3 different e-mail accounts. I have had the first account
set up through the "Account" option in Outlook and all is
well. I now would like to add the other two accounts.
What is the best way to do this? From the Add Account or
by adding profiles. When responding to messages received
on each account I would like for the appropriate e-mail
address to appear in the from: field. I am not sure of
the difference between setting up through Account and
Profiles.

Thank you -

You can have multiple e-mail accounts set up in a single profile. When
composing a new message, Outlook will use the account set as the default.
When replying to messages, it will use the account to which the message was
originally sent.

Tools | E-Mail Accounts is the place to start adding new accounts.

Note - there is still a limitation of running only a single Hotmail account
in a profile, however.
