I have a user who attempts to click on his address book menu item, under Tools, and Outlook hangs. Has not happened before and I can't understand why it is happening now.
We connect to an Exchange 2000 server in a remote location. His OS is XP PRO, latest build and updates.
Like I said it has never happened before and is very odd. For now I have him use OWS, but it just doesn;t have the functionality of Outlook or the familiarity.
