Yes, you can import CSV files into Outlook. Check the Export Wizard (File
-> Import and Export) and you should find all the available export types.
COnversely Outlook can also import most all fo these file types. My
suggestion would be to export your addresses as a CSV file, and then modify
the file it creates with your new data. That way, you are ensured to not
alter the formatting, causing your problems later.
