addresses OE-Word

I need to do is be able use my OE address book in
Microsoft Word to get mailing addresses there. Maybe the
obvious is staring me in the face, but I can't find out
how anywhere--please help!

I believe this can only be done using Microsoft Exchange and Outlook.
