addressing in outlook xp

i'm on a network with a global address book. if i type
the last few letter of the person's last name, it fills in
the name and i could tab out of the field. however, it
then breaks the first and last name up and underlines them
with broken red lines, asking for clarification. When i
ENTER or RETURN out of the field it doesn't do that and
accepts the name as it stands. is there a way to TAB out
and have it perform the same way?
