Adjusting pop-ups in a slide

I have a slide divided into 4 quadrants. Each one pops up so that I can
present each one. I have a graph in one & I need to add bullet points to the
side of graph. Can someone explain to me how to unlock this quadrant & resize
it so that I can have the graph and bullet points in it?
