Admin and User Security using a login form

Hi,

I am trying to setup a secured database with a login form. I already have
the form that is linked to a table with three users in it. The table contains
an admin login, a user login, and myself. Additionally, I have another field
that states what access each user should have, which is either admin or user
access. I am wanting to assign permissions to these logins on the table. I
want to be able to administer the database myself and allow people to do so
with the admin login, but if they sign in with the user login they only have
read access. Can anyone provide assistance for me?
