Is there any method where I can create a user form with names that have radio buttons next to them, which will allow a user to select multiple names and then press the OK button and have that information sent to the table or more specific the cell where I want that information to be added to. If there is another way that would be great as well. I just want to allow users to select multiple names for a category.

This would require the creation of a Userform using VBA and populating a ListBox control. ListBox controls allow multiple selections at once. You would then need to add code to iterate through the selections when a Command Button is pressed and output the selected items to the cell concerned.
