Add additional information to excel form after original data entry

I created an Excel form that saves data to Excel spreadsheet. I will need to update the form with additional information entered into the unused fields at a later time. How do I save a copy of the form to update and have new data go to the excel spreadsheet.

I also need to make multiple selections from the same dropdown menu and have them saved to the Excel spreadsheet
