Administrative Projects

I am in the process of setting up an Administrative project for 2006 for
vacation, training, etc..

On the last step of saving the project I cannot check the Administrative
Project check box. It is grayed out. I have full Administrator permissions.

Thoughts?

When I create overhead plans for annual leave, sick leave, etc I always
create them using the File, New, Templates on my computer, and select
Enterprise Templates, Administrative time.

I know there are alot of concerns about administrative projects but we have
been running admin projects for 600 people for over six months using
timesheets in PWA, and have not experienced any problems whatsoever. We have
however created departmental plans rather than throwing them all into one
plan.
