adobe after effects

Has anyone used this program and brought their images in to PowerPoint?
Does it work? I would like to add more animations to my more creative
presentations, other than the PowerPoint animations.

Best you can do is save as .avi (or other movie format) and insert movie
into PPT. Of course a movie file is always on top, so no other content can
play over the movie.
