advance formatting with color- How to apply to ALL mail folders?

I have several mail folders. I use color formating to view my mail. Like mail
sent to me is blue and mail from my boss is red and such.
How can I apply my formatting for one forlder to all folders? For example
apply the same formatting from Inbox to Deleted Items folder.

You would need to create a custom view that is available to all mail folders,
then apply the automatic formatting to that view. Then when you go to a
folder you can apply that view.
