Advancing a slide manually

I have a presentation to do on Thursday night... HELP!

I have my transitions set to advance on a mouse click, but I can't get my
slides to advance.

I tried to make adjustments, but for some reason, my "Set up Slideshow"
option is greyed out.

TIA,
Michele

The Set Up Show will be if you are running the presentation as a Slide Show
in the background. Close the slide show (full screen) first, then try
accessing set up show again.

After that, check if your powerpoint is browsed by kiosk. If so, change to
presentation by a speaker.

The Set Up Show will be <edit>UNAVAILABLE</edit> if you are running the
presentation as a Slide Show
in the background. Close the slide show (full screen) first, then try

Okay... now I know how to get into the "Set up," but it's still not
advancing. When I click with the mouse or space bar, noting happens.

Ideally, I want to present with my new wireless presentor's mouse, which is
connected and active on my PC screen, but it too won't activate any
advancement of my slides.

Thanks for your help thus far

Does the Down Arrow key or Enter on the keyboard works? Does the slideshow
hangs there(on a current page) or do you require more than one click to
advance to the next slide?

You might want to work around with it using action button, check this out:

Both tne enter key and down arrow work. Looks like we're getting somewhere...
but where? :)

I'm reading the link you provided and will follow up. Thanks.

Hmm... I have all of the hyperlinks set up, and they were working, but now I
can't seem to get my cursor backk up on the tv monitor (my presentation mouse
was working, but I went back and changed the color of the link icons and lost
it). Any suggestions.

Is your slide show still on while you are changing the color of the links?
Try restarting the slide show and see if it works.

You've been SO helpful... thanks!

I did restart the slide show several times and still can't get the wireless
mouse to show up on the big screen... it's working just fine on the PC.
