Advantages of Outlook 2002 over 2000

Im wanting to know what the advantages are of Outlook xp
over Outlook 2000 as im wanting to upgrade to xp but am
not sure how beneficial it really will be?
Also what sort of hardware and software do i need to
install Outlook xp?

I would skip XP and go straight to 2003. The improvements in Outlook (spam
filtering, search folders, favorites, etc.) are worth the price alone.

For Office 2003, you will need Windows 2000 SP-4 or Windows XP (Pro or
Home). It will not install on any 9x based machine, including Windows ME.
