After inserting movies how do I make them part of the PP file?

I finished my presentaton, added movie files and the presentation plays fine
on my computer, after saving, the file size was only 1.44 MB it should be
more like 10 MB. How do I make the movie files part of my powerpoint file so
I can E-mail it to my instructor?

You can't, all video files are linked, not embeded. You will have to send
the video along with the presentation.
