After Reboot Outlook 2003

After I start my computer up or reboot my computer I go
into outlook and it comes up with "Pleae Wait While
Windows Configures Microsoft Office Professional 2003".
(every time!) It does it's thing for 2 or 3 minutes then
starts outlook. Can anyone help me get rid of this?

Recreate your mail profile and see if it still happens;
Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles...
