Aligning jpegs in PowerPoint

I have four jpegs on a PowerPoint slide. I am able to line them up by using
Draw, Align menu. Is there a way that you can ensure the space between each
object is exactly the same. I tried the View, Guides menu but just cannot
see the answer. Thanks.

Jan,
Seems to me that your in the right spot already, in Draw Align or distribute
there should be an option to distribute horizontally or vertically. All you
have to do is select the objects you want to distribute evenly, normally
they will align in relation to each other but you can change that to align
them in relation to the whole slide by checking the last item in the same
dialogue.

Jan, As Luc said with what I think are additional conditions.

It is not always obvious how to set spacing here. If you set the
"Relative to Slide Width" check box, nothing happens till the next
event of trying to Center the devils. Until you redo the Center method
(that is a VBA term for an action so read it as ACTION.

If you position stuff and check that "Relative to Slide width" it
still does nothing till you click the Center command.

So let me try and simplify, hard for me sometimes, the setting Setting
for "Relative to Slide Width" does nothing until you do a Center
method and then it says, "Oh you want me to Center these guys, do you
want me to Center them to the Slide (Yes or No), If Yes then I do them
by the Slide Width, If No then I do them relative to the objects
themselves.

Not an obvious interface to many of us, but it is consistent and
probably "By Design" (rofl).

Thank you. It was staring me in the face.
