All Mail Goes To Unread Mail Folder

Hello:

I am having a problem with Microsoft Outlook 2003. We
just upgraded our computers from Office 97 to Office SMB
2003. Here is the problem with one of the computers
running Outlook 2003.

Whenever this person receives email, it shows the number
of new emails on the right hand side in the Inbox folder--
like this: Inbox(1). However, you cannot view any email
in the folder. It doesn't even show an email exists to
click on.

I have found out that when he clicks on his Unread Mail
folder, there is all his new email. So all of his email
coming in is being redirected to the unread mail folder.
However, when he navigates away from that Unread Mail
folder, his email is gone, nowhere to be found. It is
like it deletes itself after viewing it.

I'd appreciate any help, as soon as possible. Thanks

-Matt
