All mail missing in pst file after decrypt

I have decrypt the pst file on a notebook, after decrypt
and when I open the file in Outlook 2000, the pst file is
empty with zero kb. When I look at the acutal file size,
it is over 900mb. I have tried using scanpst but still
does not help.

Anyone can help with this problem urgently ?
