All messages minimized

Sudden problem with Outlook 2002.

If I try to open a message, reply to a message, or try to create a
message, everything appears minimized in the task bar pop up. The
restore option (right click) is blanked out. Double clicking has no
effect. I can therefore not open, send or reply to any message.

Any ideas?
