Sounds like you may want to run a Test page an figure out what is wrong
with the printer. This isn't caused by MS Office applications. Contact
the printer manufacturer tech support if you are not successful in
getting it going again.
And what has a physical issue with your printer got to do with Office? You
need to be contacting your printer manufacturer, not posting on an Office
newsgroup.
You have a 'bad' color cartridge.. take it back from whence it was purchased
and tell them about it..
