Want my own font color palette

I'm a preacher and I write speaking notes in various colors. Blue for
illustrations, pink for quotations, green for Scriptures, etc. On
current color palettes I don't find any with all of the basic
colors... blue, pink, green, red, etc. Lots of them have lots of
pastels, earth tones, etc. but none with bright green, bright pink,
etc. Is there any way to custom make my own color palette? Using Mac
Lion, with Office/Word '11.
