All my info is gone

I have been using Outlook 2002 for a long time. Tonight
I went to check my email and it gave me the installation
wizard. I cancelled out of the wizard only to find
everything is GONE! All emails, contacts, calendar
items, EVERYTHING!

Anyone know what might of happened, how I can prevent it
from happening again, and most importantly, how I can get
my information back.
