how do I restore my "all public folders" in outlook 2003?
You re-establish connectivity to your Exchange server. If you are not
the Exchange administrator where you work, have a chat with him/her as
this is an Exchange feature.

Tim - I am connected to the exchange server...and I've got "public folders"
and 'favorites'...I just don't have 'all public folders'. My outlook was
reestablished last week and some of my settings did not restore...I'm open to
any suggestions. Thanks./m

you'll need to speak with the admin - you may need permissions changed on
the server or it could be something else - but whatever it is, it's more
likely something the admin will need to fix, not you.

One possible cause which you can fix is a corrupt profile. if you are using
your old profile make a new one - if that doesn't fix it, talk to the admin.
