Allowing Attachment

How can I configure Outlook 2002 to allow ALL
attachments? It is blocking a couple of programs a
friend is trying to send.

there are registry changes required (and I forget what they are ...
sorry ... someone will surely provide the links on this thread).

Meantime, try "fooling" Outlook. outlook by default rejects file with
*.exe extensions. Have your friend use a program to zip them into zip
files, or simply change the file extension to *.txt or something. you
change the file extension back to what it is supposed to be (*.exe, or
*.com) after download.
