Allowing Everybody to view everybody's calendar in our organizatio

Sam Pahlavan

Hi:
I need to allow everybody to view everyboday's calendar in our firm
(Permission view only). We are using Outlook XP. I know that I have to go to
Tools, Options, Delegates and add Everybody group with the View Permission to
the list of delegates. But this requires visiting each desktop. Is there any
way that I can programatically do this job for everybody in my firm using
scripts?
The second question is: Does this permission (view only) overwrited the read
and modify that I have setup on individual mailboxes for some users'
calendar? (since every user is in the everybody group)
I thank you for your input in advance.

1) See http://www.slipstick.com/exs/permissions.htm#tools for tools to help with this. PFDAVAdmin works great with mailboxes, not just public folders.

2) If an individual has permissions on the folder through both a security group and an individual entry, I think the greatest privilege wins. But you should be able to test easily enough.
