Allowing phone to exchange contacts with Outlook

[DMN]

My Nokia 7610 synchs with Outlook via Bluetooth, continously. Each time it
trys to I get the message "Something is trying to access your email addresses
- do you want to allow this?" or similar.

Each time I have to click on 'Yes' for 10 minutes and then each 10 minutes
it asks again.

Any way I can get rid of this ?
