Allways prompt for password

Win XP + Outlook 2003

Outlook always ask to enter password to download pop3
account messages. Doesn't matter if you mark "remember
password".
Password on server changed.
New email account created - again.
Outlook detect & rapir function - nothing
Office reinstalled with default settings - nothing
New profile in windows help only temporary.

Any other ideas??

Thanks for help I am lost.
