Anchoring text to top of table

HI - i seem to be having a problem anchoring text to the top of my tables. It
moves from one table to the next if I type or change info in the other
columns....How can I better anchoring this or...if you see my end result, do
you think I should have formatted it a different way?

Additionally, I seem to need that same anchoring technique for the left side
column...when I change the info in the larger text box, the text moves down
from the left hand side leaving a huge open spot...yuck!

Assgn align properties to the cells as TOP and LEFT.

In FP normal view, select the cells (whole table, column or row) and
then cell properties to change the alignment. Do ot use the Froamt
alignment, because that one generates a paragrah tag, unless that's waht
you want.
