Animation Effects

Dear All,

I am using Powerpoint for a number of years but I just came across a
problem with animation.

I have two tables that differ only in the contents of one cell (in one it
is set to True, in the other it is set to False). I have some text also
and that is the situation in the slide:

1) The first table comes in;
2) The text comes in (it is in bullet points, so one bullet per mouse
click);
3) This is when I want the second table to come in overwritting the first
one (however, I get true on top and false underneath).

Is there any way I can specify in the animation that I want the first
table to disappear when the second comes in?

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thanks in advance.

Fill the second table with the background color and it should hide what's
underneath no matter what version of PowerPoint you're using. If you're
using PowerPoint 2002 or higher, you can add an exit animation to the first
table.
