Not easily!
You could use vba or you could...
Add an exit fade to the first shape and an entrance fade to the second
(after previous)
Now add a third rectangle over the whole slide set fill to 99% transparetnt
/ line to none. Set an entrance appear transition - after previous
To the last shape action setting > mouseover > hyperlink to wherever
Lastly make the first shape animation trigger by a click on itself and drag
the other two animation below it in the animation pane.
Sound complex - this is what should happen , click shape A - shape A fades
out and shape B fades in the the invisible shape appears and triggers the
hyperlink.
