animations and movie files

I have a client who want to play a movie file while in Powerpoint. At the
same time, they would like to have product shots fade in and out. Is this
possible?
I tried on another visual to make a curtain like effect before and after the
movie played. I was able to get the motion paths to work before the movie,
but nothing happened when the movie was done playing.
Also, I am new at embedding video. Do I have to keep the ppt file and the
mpg files in the same folder? Can I put the movie files in a sub folder?

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Sara

Can I put the movie files in a sub folder? THIS SHOULD
WORK AS LONG AS WHEN YOU MOVE THE PRIMARY FOLDER YOU MOVE
INCLUDE ALL THE SUB FOLDERS.
