Is it possible to turn off the annotative toolbar permanently?

J John Wilson Sep 2, 2006 #3 You'll need to explaim what you mean - I dont think there's an"annotative toolbar" Could you mean the right click menu that gives you access to the pen etc? Or something else entirely?
