Danny Robes of Pasifika Foundation Group

We are required by AusAid to supply them with an Annual Report of our
activities in Samoa. We are a volunteers assisting primary schools in Samoa
with essential equipment and training in various sectors such as computer
operation and use, woodwork, swimming .
Can you please inform us the guidline of this report please?

No because we don't know the format in which AusAid requires its reports.
Suggest you contact them for an example they can send you.

Dear Gordon, I did request a guide to the correct format, after communication
with the officer in Canberra I was left just as wise as before.
What I would understand a standard accounting format my do the trick. Please
correct me if I am off line.

Are you able to get in touch with any other group that reports to AusAid? If
so ask them what format they report in - I'm afraid with so little detail,
and without knowing the requirements of a) AusAid and b) the country you are
operating from, there's not a lot anyone here can do....

So presumably there will be legal requirements for reporting like the
Charity Commission has here in the UK.....
An approach to government agencies in Oz will be far better than asking
here...
