Does anyone know how to hide the email address in the
cclist? I have got an email through that is obvioulsy
part of an mailing list but with all the addresses in the
cc list hidden. Can anyone tell me how to do this please?

I'm assuming you are using Outlook and not Outlook Express.

You can add reciepients to the Bcc field and the addresses will be hidden
from view in Outlook. However, there are programs that will allow a user to
view header details and see Bcc reciepients so don't rely on this method to
cover any tracks.

Hope this helps.

Unless you have access to the original sending mailserver
and the mailserver saves the BCC list in it's logs, there
is no way for someone to see the BCC list in the headers.
Mailservers and Mail clients should not be including this
information in their headers as it obviously defeats the
purpose of a BCC. Outlook does not do this. I can also
say that sendmail and qmail do not either. I don't know
about exchange.

When you click the "To" or "Cc" button to get your contacts, you'll see a
"Bcc" field at the bottom. Put the addresses there.
