Another installation problem: "Invalid Product Key"

For some reason we cannot install Publisher 2002 on a PC here with WinXP
Pro. It says "Invalid Product Key"

We installed the same copy on another computer with no problems.

We took the copy back, and got a new one. Exact same problem.

Any ideas?

Hmmm the product key or the key required to activate Publisher.

If it is the Product Key, this is a unknown issue.

I would suggest you copy the whole CD to the hard drive, and try installing
from there.

If that does not work, you will have to contact your local MS Office.
Installation support is to my knowledge free.
