Another Office 2003 trial question

When in Outlook and I click the Tools menu and select Organize,
the graphics are missing and appear as IE-style square boxes,
with the red X in them. Did MS leave these files out?

I've got the same thing in Outlook 2002 with SP3.
Not a clue why.

Weird, isn't it? I wonder if the non-trial of Outlook 2003 has it?
Can anyone else here please confirm? See my other post for a small
screenshot if you don't know what we mean.

Have you tried upgrading your video drivers? How about a new mail profile?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, Brian asked:

Yes, just recently -- using the latest nVidia drivers available.
How about a new mail profile?

Not sure how to do that, but the problem occurs with ANY organize
function, not just in mail. For example, if I select Tools -> Org
for Calendar and Contacts too. I assume your install works fine?

What about re-installing IE? That "picture" appears to using IE
components, similar to the Outlook Today pane.
