Any way to print the folder tree in OL2000?

I have OL 2000 and after expanding the entire folder tree, using Control-Y,
I'm trying to print the entire tree, or copy it at least. Unfortunately I
cannot "select" all the folders (manually or by Control-A), so am at a loss.
Any ideas? Ray
