Acrobat 8 will export as .tiff or jpg or html and several other choices i
cant remember at the moment.

| Visual Integrity will be along soon with some advertising for their set
| of products that cost money. I haven't been able to install the product
| on my machine, so can't vouch either way for them. My method works and
| does not cost money.

| If you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat and intent to convert your
| publication to PDF or print to a PostScript printer, you can export the
| PDF as an EPS, instead, which will mean that your PDF is not
| unnecessarily rasterised; potentially decreasing filesize and increasing
| resolution.
